Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Merancang dan melaksanakan kampanye promosi, termasuk in-store promotions, pointof-sale (POS) materials, dan merchandising displays.
  2. Mengelola promosi dagang, seperti diskon, bundle offers, dan special events untuk meningkatkan penjualan.
  3. Bekerja sama dengan retailer untuk memastikan pelaksanaan kegiatan promosi berjalan dengan efektif. 

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

  1. Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang pemasaran, bisnis, atau bidang terkait
  2. Berpengalaman dalam bidang marketing, promo, sales industri FMCG (kosmetik lebih disukai) minimal selama 1 tahun.
  3. Memiliki pengalaman dalam menangani modern trade / general trade minimal 1 tahun.
  4. Memiliki pengetahuan mengenai brand management.
  5. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, presentasi, dan interpersonal yang baik.
  6. Memiliki pola pikir analitis dengan kemampuan untuk menafsirkan data.
  7. Memiliki kemampuan berinovasi dan memecahkan tantangan
