Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Mengkoordinasikan rencana Sales & Marketing pada team Sales Area
  2. Merekomendasikan kegiatan yang dapat meningkatkan pencapaian target
  3. Melaporkan hasil penjualan bulanan pada National Sales Manager (NSM) & Management
  4. Mempresentasikan KPI setiap bulan kepada Management
  5. Melakukan Kunjungan ke Coverage Area Tim Sales
  6. Memberi Motivasi dan Semangat bagi masing-masing team Sales di Area

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

  1. Pria / Wanita
  2. Memiliki pengalaman pada posisi Area Sales Manager di bidang FMCG minimal 3 tahun
  3. Menguasai Channel GT dan MTI
  4. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi aktif, dan dapat menarik minat customer
  5. Memiliki kemampuan leadership kuat, dan dapat mengkoordinasikan team
  6. Memiliki pengetahuan mengenai Sales Skill Berdomisili di Area Penempatan Jawa Barat
  7. Memiliki SIM A & C Memiliki kendaraan pribadi (Mobil)
  8. Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas ke area cover Jawa Barat
  9. Menguasi Ms. Excel
