We are seeking a dynamic, confident, and creative Host live Streaming to represent voila.id and JAMTANGAN.COM within the luxury retail fashion and watches industry. The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury fashion and premium timepieces, comfortable in front of the camera, and understands how to engage audiences while driving sales in a retail-driven environment.As a Host live Streaming, you will engage audiences through live video broadcasts by showcasing and promoting luxury fashion and watch products. You will be responsible for presenting product features, educating viewers, and communicating the exclusivity and value of each item in a compelling and engaging way to enhance customer interest and conversion. Job description: Introduce voila.id & Jamtangan.com products to customers, display products, and interact with followers on Instagram Live, TikTok Live, etc. Achieved sales target on live streaming. Prepare and organize all products for display, including lighting and device. Initiate the ideas and improvement for Live and Content. Create report of all Live Sessions by the end of the month & present it to direct supervisors.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

Requirements: Passion for the luxury retail industry, with strong interest in luxury fashion and watches. Good understanding of luxury fashion and watch brands, products, and trends. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information in a clear and engaging manner, proficient in English and native Indonesia language Proficiency in using live streaming platforms such as Instagram Live, Tiktok Live, etc. Deliver positive energy to the audience, with a strong understanding of audience engagement tactics. Basic modeling techniques and used to being on camera. Ability to think creatively and adapt content to resonate with diverse audiences. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. High level of professionalism and reliability, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate live streaming schedules and global audience reach. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, fashion, or a related field is preferred.
