On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Country Director (Microfinance Sector - Surabaya Based) Define and implement strategic objectives aligned with our client company’s global vision. Lead operational, financial, and commercial performance ensuring regulatory compliance. Strengthen institutional relations with government entities, partners, and financial institutions. Drive cultural alignment and people development across the organization. Ensure sustainable business growth and brand positioning in the local market.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering; Masters in Leadership, Finance, or Strategy preferred. More than 20 years of professional experience, with at least 10 in senior management roles. Proven record in large-scale operations, preferably in financial services, banking, or microfinance. Bilingual in English is a must, Spanish proficiency desirable. Must be an Indonesian national Preferably located in Surabaya, East Java, or surrounding areas. Open to candidates residing outside of Surabaya. Preferred Background: Ideally, candidates should come from, and have solid knowledge of, the financial and microfinance sector, as this environment aligns naturally with our client company’s mission and culture. This sector provides the ideal context given its focus on financial inclusion, social sustainability, and high-impact operations.
