Job Purpose


Lead and execute initiatives to grow the
Siloam at Home
business by increasing customer awareness, engagement, and usage of home healthcare services. This role focuses on
developing growth strategies
, building partnerships, and ensuring seamless execution to achieve business targets.


Key Responsibilities



  • Plan and implement marketing and growth initiatives to drive service adoption.

  • Identify new customer segments and opportunities for business expansion.

  • Monitor results and make improvements to achieve growth targets.

  • Build and manage relationships with internal teams, doctors, and external partners.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and promotional activities.

  • Work with operations to ensure smooth service delivery for customers.

  • Develop strategies to attract new customers while improving retention of existing ones.

  • Work closely with the customer service team to gather feedback and improve experience.

  • Prepare simple reports on growth progress, key challenges, and opportunities.

  • Provide actionable recommendations to management.


Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in growth, marketing, or business development.

  • Strong execution and project management skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Passion for healthcare and improving patient experiences.

  • Proactive, solution -oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
