Job Description
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, human -centered interfaces for AI -powered applications and automation tools. This role will focus on designing experiences that make complex AI workflows simple, transparent, and engaging for end -users. You will collaborate closely with Business Analysts, backend and Frontend engineers, and Product manager to deliver cutting -edge solutions that drive business impact.
Therefore, the ideal candidate must demonstrate fluency in English communication and possess a genuine passion for designing intuitive flows for automated driven solutions, exemplified by hands -on experience in building and sustaining simple yet thorough user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces for AI -driven products, including dashboards, tables, repots and other automation workflows.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high -fidelity designs using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- Translate business and regulatory requirements and technical AI concepts into clear, user -friendly interfaces.
- Improve existing screens by reducing clutter, improving information hierarchy, and ensuring consistency.
- Contribute to and help maintain a design system (components, patterns, styles).
- Work closely with Product/Program Manager and Business Analysts to understand user problems, requirements, and priorities.
- Collaborate with Engineers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately.
- Participate in design reviews, feedback sessions, and sprint planning when needed.
- Support basic user research activities such as usability testing, internal user feedback, or walkthrough sessions.
- Iterate designs based on feedback from internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to ensure seamless integration of UI with AI models and APIs.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback to optimize user experience.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and ethical AI design principles.
- Maintain design consistency across platforms and contribute to the team’s design system.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3 + years in UI/UX design, product designer or similar role preferably in AI or data -driven products.
- Strong understanding of UX fundamentals: usability, accessibility, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
- Strong understanding of user -centered design and accessibility and ability to produce wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs with clear rationale.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and ability to simplify technical workflows.
- Basic knowledge of front -end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects for data driven systems or AI solutions.
- Excellent problem -solving and communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication communication in English and documentation skills.
- Strong problem -solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
