Job Description
- Execution across digital products, marketing campaigns, and brand communications.
- Lead visual design for digital marketing, in -app visuals, campaigns, and brand assets
- Translate brand guidelines into compelling, high -quality design outputs
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, marketers, and developers
- Design for multiple channels: app, web, social media, paid ads, email, and offline
- Ensure design consistency across all touchpoints
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback
- Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
- Stay updated with design trends, fintech UI standards, and user behavior
Requirements
- 5 + years of experience as a Graphic Designer (fintech, startup, or tech preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, and product -related design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma
- Solid understanding of design systems and brand consistency
- Experience designing for mobile -first and performance -driven marketing
