Role Description
* Build and deploy push, email, and WhatsApp campaigns using CleverTap.
* Maintain accurate triggers, audience segmentation, and campaign logic.
* Deliver copy message accuracy, delivery timing, and event tagging consistency.
* Track campaign performance (open rate, CTR, repeat purchase rate) and provide improvement insights.
* Collaborate closely with Product, Creative, Data and Martech teams for seamless execution.
* Ready to work in Hybrid working arrangement (1 -2 Days per week to our office in Tomang, West Jakarta)
* Minimum Qualifications: • 1–2 years of CRM operations or lifecycle marketing experience.
* Detail -oriented, organized, and collaborative with strong communication skills.
* Basic understanding of segmentation, user journeys, and campaign testing.
* Familiar with CleverTap or similar CRM platforms (Braze, MoEngage, etc).
