Main Task
- Develop and Implement English Language Learning Programs for Employees
- Create Business and Profession -Specific Learning Module
- Assess Participants' English Proficiency
- Provide Training in Conversation, Presentation Skills, and Business English
- Prepare Regular Learning Progress Reports
- Coordinate with HRD for Program Scheduling and Evaluation
- Offer Feedback and Recommendations for Employee English Language Development
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree (S1 ) in English Language, English Literature, or English Language Education
- Preferably a min. of 2 years of experience teaching English in a formal or informal institution
- Possess a valid TOEFL/IELTS/TOEIC certificate (with a minimum score of 550/6 .0/700 respectively)
- Proficient in modern and interactive teaching methodologies
- Excellent communication skills and an engaging personality
- Willingness to undergo a micro -teaching test
