Responsibilities

Responsible for creating and managing engaging content for Super Indo Karir’s social media (Instagram & TikTok), monitoring performance and suggesting improvements, maintaining educational institution databases and contacts, and handling administrative tasks related to employer branding.
Requirements
:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or other relevant fields (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Owns a personal laptop
- Familiar with digital platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, CapCut, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Creative, detail -oriented, and able to work within given deadlines
- Strong administrative and communication skills to support the implementation of employer branding events or programs
- Willing to work from office (Monday–Friday)
- Placement: JAKARTA (WFO)
