- Conduct testing, evaluate, analysis & optimize to continuously improve customer journey conversion performance (Conversion Rate Optimization)
- Provide, execute, and coordinate ideas with other divisions to achieve the targets that have been determined.
- Help team collect and process the data into decisions.
- Running ads on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Search, Google Display and Youtube Ads and preparing reports for discussion to optimize them again.
Requirement :
- Have experience in advertising at least spend 5 million rupiah on ads (Resellers, Drop shippers are welcome to apply)
- Makes decisions based on data analysis and interpretation
- Explorative, full of idea & creative content
- Have strong mindset on Sales & Marketing
- Goal Oriented
- Initiative person
- Have good self-leadership. Experienced as a leader is a plus
- Aggressive in delivering and executing marketing ideas.
- Passion in digital marketing and always trying various things to get optimal advertising results.
- Have the ability to coordinate in a team in terms of executing ideas.
- Willingness to be better, fast learner, not easily satisfied, and always open for feedback
