Job Overview

We are looking for a Corporate Marketing to join our growing team! As a Corporate Marketing, you will play a vital role in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance TORCH’s corporate image, drive customer engagement, and contribute to overall business growth. The qualifications and skills required reflect the need for a strategic, creative, and results-oriented approach to corporate marketing.


Job Role:

  1. Brand Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with TORCH's overall goals and resonates with the target audience.
  2. Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and in-store promotions, to drive brand awareness and sales.
  3. Corporate Communications: Manage corporate communications, including press releases, announcements, and corporate events, to maintain a positive public image.
  4. Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website content, social media, e-mail campaigns, WhatsApp, and online advertising, to drive online engagement and sales.
  5. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape, informing marketing strategies and product positioning.
  6. Collaborations and Partnerships: Identify and negotiate collaborations and partnerships with other brands, influencers, or organizations to enhance the brand's visibility and reach.
  7. Product Launches: Coordinate and execute product launches, ensuring effective marketing strategies to create excitement and demand.
  8. Event Management: Plan and coordinate corporate events and sponsorships to promote the brand and strengthen relationships with stakeholders.
  9. Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing the impact of marketing initiatives.
  10. Analytics and Reporting: Analyze marketing performance metrics, track campaign effectiveness, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirement :

Job Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Min. 3 years of experience in sales/marketing B2B (business to business).
  3. A keen understanding of B2B marketing concepts.
  4. Digital marketing proficiency, including social media ads, copywriting, email marketing, and online advertising.
  5. Capable of or used to generating email and WhatsApp blasts
  6. Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Creativity and innovation in developing engaging marketing campaigns and promotions.
  9. Event planning and management experience.
  10. Strong project management skills to oversee multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
  11. Analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions for marketing optimization.
  12. Adaptability to evolving marketing trends and technologies in the fashion retail sector.
