About the Role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will work closely with sales, logistics, and operations teams to provide responsive support that strengthens long -term relationships with our customers across
cement, packaging, and trading businesses

Key Responsibilities



  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, orders, and service requests in a timely manner.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, supply chain, finance) to ensure accurate order processing, delivery, and invoicing.

  • Track customer orders from confirmation to delivery; proactively update customers on status or issues.

  • Support resolution of service concerns, complaints, and claims while maintaining a professional, customer -first approach.

  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems and generate regular service reports.

  • Assist with after -sales support, including product information, warranty claims, and documentation requests.

  • Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to support customer engagement activities.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client support, or order management.

  • Strong communication and problem -solving skills, with a service -minded attitude.

  • Organized, detail -oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM or ERP experience is an advantage.
