- Willing to handle phone calls when needed
- Able to work well in a team and adapt quickly
- Available to join immediately
- Willing to work in a 24hour shift system
- Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via live chat and email
Assist customers with issues, questions, and complaints
Provide accurate information related to digital transportation services
Handle inbound calls if required
Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
