What You Will Do
- Look for potential property prospects for acquisition
- Make cold calls to offer Mamikos products to property owners
- Handle cooperation agreements assisted by the legal team and establish good relationship with kos owners
- Acquired rooms can be picked up to run smoothly and ensure that revenue targets are achieved
- Standard -compliant reporting.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Management
- Good communication, negotiation, presentation, interpersonal, and sales skills
- At least 1 year of working experience (hospitality or startup background is a plus)
- Passionate in sales, account management, and target oriented
- Tech Savvy and willing to canvassing
- Domiciled at Yogyakarta
