Job Description
- Merchant Acquisition & Onboarding Support
- Execute the outreach strategy to identify and acquire high -potential merchants within assigned Non -Electronics categories (e.g., Home & Living, Beauty, Wellness, Automotive).
- Support the end -to -end merchant onboarding process, from initial contact to activation, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
- Merchant Relationship & Growth
- Serve as a primary day -to -day contact for a portfolio of Non -EL merchants, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
- Actively promote and onboard merchants for SPaylater acceptance, providing training and support.
- Monitor merchant performance data, identify trends, and flag risks or opportunities to the manager.
- Operational & Analytical Support
- Assist in analyzing merchant performance to help generate insights for growth initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on merchant activity, onboarding status, and campaign effectiveness.
- Cross -Functional Coordination
- Liaise with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance) to resolve merchant queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure process alignment.
- Help coordinate merchant -related campaigns and promotions with the marketing team.
- Process Improvement
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve merchant -facing processes, tools, and communication.
- Gather merchant feedback on SPaylater products and relay insights to the product and management teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any related field. Highly motivated, team player, and target -driven individual.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, proactive and driven both in English and Bahasa.
- 2 -3 years of working experience in business development, sales or partnership roles. Experience in BNPL, multifinance, or leasing is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of the retail or service business industry landscape.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, manage time efficiently, detail -oriented. strategic thinking and team player.
- Self -starter with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable working with targets and tight deadlines.
