This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own
end -to -end brand management
, from strategy to execution. - Develop and drive
sell -in & sell -out frameworks
aligned with sales targets. - Manage
sales -driven KPIs
and ensure marketing activities deliver measurable results. - Define market targets using
Nielsen data
, white -space analysis, and location insights. - Lead
packaging and positioning strategies
to strengthen market presence. - Bring
creative ideas
to enhance brand equity and consumer engagement. - Collaborate closely with Sales and cross -functional teams.
- Report performance, insights, and recommendations directly to the
CMO
.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5–8 + years
of experience in Brand Management, ideally within
tobacco, nicotine, or FMCG
. - Hands -on experience with
Nielsen or similar market data
. - Strategic, analytical, and creative thinker.
- Comfortable working as a
single contributor
with high ownership. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
