Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communication/Design/any relevant field
- Minimal 2 -3 years of experience in handling Brand Activation, Brand Partnership or a similar role (experience within the healthcare industry is a plus)
- In -depth understanding in brand building and consumer activation plan & execution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to maintain positive relationship
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative collaboration concepts
- Strong organizational and project management skills
Job Description:
- Develop and execute advertising campaigns that focus on building brand awareness and reaching a wide audience through mass media channels and social media channels
- Work with creative teams to develop impactful and engaging advertising materials, including visuals, copywriting, and messaging
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all ATL & BTL advertising channels for coherent communication
- Monitor campaign performance using relevant metrics and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of ATL efforts
- Plan and execute events, trade shows, workshops, and other experiential activities to engage customers on a personal level
