Job Description



  • Working with the groups team on a day to day basis ensuring all enquires are analysed and responded to within brand standard timeframes

  • Assist in the preparation of contracts for the leisure segment (FIT, group allocation and series)

  • Work closely to set daily pricing and business strategies for all segments to maximise occupancy and ADR.


Qualifications



  • Problem solving, analytical, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities

  • Excellent knowledge of reservations

  • Understanding of Revenue Management principles
