The main role of an Account Representative is to serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients. This role involves actively developing new business opportunities, driving sales growth, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for existing and potential clients
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Handle inquiries, orders, and issue resolution promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of sales progress and client interactions
  • Manage customer accounts, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to anticipate changes in client needs


Persyaratan Pekerjaan

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Ability to work full-time from the office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Competence in conducting market research and analysing industry trends and potentials
  • Proactive and eagerness to make progress
