Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer -related matters
- Build and maintain strong, long -term relationships with clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue and profitability
- Act as a trusted advisor to key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with customer goals and requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in an information and communication technology (ICT) company, preferably with clients in Telco, ISP, SI, ISV, etc. (with a strong focus on new business development).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Track record of delivering client -focused solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
