ACCOUNT MANAGER for Content and Social Media
As an Account Manager for Content and Social Media, this role is specific to Content and Social Media Management & Production background


WORKING ENVIRONMENT


As an Account Manager, you are expected to be punctual and disciplined to portray the level of commitment that our company provides. Although the working hours are 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, you might have to put in some overtime hours to meet deadlines in order to finish the project. You will also be expected to lead as well as to contribute to discussions and meetings, or initiatives, no matter how small. During your duties, you will report to the Director of Content Operations.


Responsibilities
Main responsibilities



  • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

  • Assist and monitor the production timeline to ensure the highest quality of deliverables, eg, discussing the brief with the client (adding value to the brief), to then relay the brief and to discuss it with relevant internal stakeholders, establish a working plan for the deliverables, and QC the result before sharing it with clients.

  • Be part of the ideation process, project scoping, and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

  • Develop and assist with written materials needed by the team in the scope of the project or for any internal use as needed.

  • Supporting and advising other Account Managers when needed.

  • Report and escalate to management as needed.

  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.


Notes And Requirements



  • This role is specific to the work area related to social media and content production, such as overseeing and day -to -day social media management timeline internally as well as externally

  • To apply, applicants are required to have background knowledge and experience in working and managing content and social media projects for more than 3 years.

  • Excellent communication in English is a plus.
