Job Description:* Responsible for day-to-day delivery operations to ensure timeliness
- Do the reminder pickup to 3PL.
- Provide the undelivery report for Users.
- Analyse the shipping fee discrepancy 3PL.
- Monitoring the claim submissions to 3PL.
- Monitoring the claim disbursement to Users.
- Work closely with the Sales & Customer Service team to solve the User issues.
- Assists Supervisor in other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:* The Diploma or Bachelor Degree required.
- At least 1 year relevant work experience in logistics
- Good communication skills.
- Basic English skill.
