The Wildlife & Species Coordinator provides technical, scientific, and coordination support to the design and effective delivery of WWF Indonesia’s wildlife conservation portfolio. Under the guidance of the Wildlife & Forest Program Director, the role involves strategic planning, field implementation, scientific analysis, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and adaptive management. Responsibilities include providing technical inputs for species conservation initiatives (particularly Sumatran tiger, elephant, rhino, and orangutan), implementing MEL systems, managing wildlife-related data, assisting in standardized survey methodologies, supporting fundraising through grant proposals, and maintaining coordination with national and international stakeholders.
