Requirements:
• Strong mechanic skill in marine diesel engines and generators
• At least 2 years of Marine Service Engineer experience.
• Ability to work on short notice (weekends, holidays, etc.).
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Adaptability to a changing work environment.
• Eager to learn and acquire skills for new products, systems, and tasks.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to work with a multidisciplinary team.
• Capable of handling customer interactions effectively.
• Proficient with business PCs or laptops, well-versed in Microsoft Office applications (such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
Job Description:
• Attend onboard for maintenance, inspection, repair, troubleshooting, and modification.
• Coordinate field activities and schedules with the Head Engineer and Salesperson.
• Resolve malfunctions efficiently.
• Install new systems and technology.
• Create service reports detailing job progress.
• Report and share job progress with supervisors.
• Understand necessary parts and drawings.
• Maintain tools in good condition for safety and high-quality service.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Review maintenance lists and service reports for sales support.
• Cover all Technician responsibilities.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Our Added Value:
• Experience in welding/plumbing.
• Knowledge of marine engines, electrical/mechanical systems, pumps, and marine air conditioning is advantageous.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
