What You’ll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries via
Intercom, WhatsApp, and email
— clearly, kindly, and quickly - Troubleshoot
website issues
: login errors, checkout problems, stuck carts, missing confirmation emails - Coordinate with developers or tech team to report and verify bugs
- Guide customers through payment methods, order status, or tracking problems
- Monitor issue patterns and suggest
fixes or improvements
to reduce repeated problems - Own
customer happiness
— ensuring every user leaves satisfied, even when things go wrong
What We’re Looking For:
- Willing to work shifting
24 hours - Bachelor's degree
in Computer Science or a related field with a minimum
GPA of 3 .0/4 .0 - Fluent in English
(spoken & written) – this is a must - Strong
analytical, numerical, and communication skills - Familiarity with
CRM platforms
like
Intercom, WhatsApp, ManyChat, JustCall, Zendesk, and Salesforce
(a plus) - Background in
E -Commerce, furniture, or interior design
is advantageous - Ability to
thrive in a fast -paced environment - Excellent
problem -solving skills
and attention to detail - Willing to work at our office in Tanah Abang, Jakarta Pusat
