Job Descriptions: Actively source candidates through various channels, including social media platforms. Collaborate with the recruitment team to screen resumes and shortlist candidates. Conduct pre-screening calls and interviews to assess applicant qualifications. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates. Maintain and update the internal recruitment database. Assist the People team with ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
