We are looking for a Senior Product Researcher, who takes responsibility naturally, thinks in outcomes and wants to build, improve, and scale — not just “execute tasks.” Responsibilities: • Plan, design, and execute end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and diary studies • Translate complex user behaviors into clear insights, opportunity areas, and product recommendations • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to shape product discovery, validation, and prioritization • Conduct research across multiple domains such as customer acquisition, conversion, trust, post-purchase experience, and internal tools • Build and maintain user personas, journey maps, and insight repositories to support long-term product strategy • Support experimentation by defining research hypotheses, success metrics, and evaluation frameworks • Present research findings confidently to senior stakeholders, influencing roadmap and strategic decisions • Ensure research practices are ethical, unbiased, and aligned with Luxehouze’s luxury brand positioning.
