Monitor and analyze the strategic goals of the company, divisions, and departments together with the BoD and BoE. Develop and design company strategic goals and Key Performance Indicators in the form of BSC. Provide assistance to users from various business units regarding the implementation of KPIs. Analyze the KPI calculation of the business unit and provide suggestions for the development of the KPI achievement results.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

S1 Management / Industrial Engineering / Business relevant major. Have experience min. 3 years in the field of Strategic Management / Business Development and mastering several business processes (manufacturing / property / hospitality / retail / distribution / etc.). Have good analytical power, proactive, and solution. Able to work together and encourage progressive work. Willing to be mobile, have SIM A.
