About Orimba Alam Kreasi


Orimba Alam Kreasi (OAK) is one of Indonesia’s leading manufactured wood companies and is working to improving the sustainability and resilience of its natural forest supply chain through its Sustainable Forest Partnership Program (SFPP). The SFPP works directly with suppliers to improve forest management performance, strengthen environmental and social safeguards, and deploy donor -financed technical assistance in RIL, HCV, FPIC, and MRV.


We are seeking an SFPP Program Manager who is foremost a strong program coordinator (someone who can manage suppliers, partners, consultants, and internal teams), with enough technical forestry understanding to coordinate RIL/HCV/FPIC workstreams effectively. This is a mid -level, coordination -heavy role suited to someone with 5–7 + years of forestry and sustainability experience.


Key Responsibilities



  1. Program Management & Supplier Coordination (50%)


Drive and coordinate the end -to -end delivery of SFPP across all suppliers.



  • Lead day -to -day management of the SFPP, ensuring all suppliers progress through the program milestones.

  • Coordinate supplier onboarding, initial readiness assessments, gap identification, and development of workplans.

  • Manage communication, scheduling, and follow -up with supplier management and field teams.

  • Track commitments, deliverables, and timelines across multiple suppliers simultaneously.

  • Facilitate alignment between suppliers and donor -financed consultants delivering RIL, HCV, and FPIC support.

  • Troubleshoot bottlenecks and ensure suppliers stay engaged, responsive, and compliant with SFPP requirements.

  • Support Procurement and OAK leadership with supplier prioritisation and progress updates.



  1. Partner, Consultant & Technical Assistance Coordination (30%)


Manage the interfaces between the SFPP, suppliers, and technical consultants.



  • Serve as the main coordinating point between OAK and external partners delivering technical assistance.

  • Ensure technical consultants have clear scopes of work, supplier info, data, and scheduled field time.

  • Manage log frames, donor requirements, and reporting obligations.

  • Consolidate inputs and outputs from consultants (training plans, field notes, recommendations).

  • Coordinate contracting, procurement, budgeting, and approvals with internal units.

  • Track delivery of RIL/HCV/FPIC modules and help integrate findings into supplier improvement plans.



  1. Monitoring, Verification Support & Reporting (20%)


Ensure accurate program monitoring and cross -functional alignment.



  • Coordinate supplier reporting through structured SFPP templates and Lark workflows.

  • Work with GIS, Monitoring, and ESG teams to maintain updated datasets.

  • Conduct light -touch field verification trips to understand context and check progress.

  • Support preparation of quarterly leadership updates, donor reports, and annual performance reviews.

  • Maintain organized documentation, meeting notes, action logs, and supplier profiles.

  • Help standardize tools, templates, dashboards, and checklists across the program.


Qualifications


Essential



  • Bachelor’s degree in Forestry, Environmental Management, or related field.

  • 5–7 + years of experience in sustainability program management, forest supply chain programs, or multi -partner initiatives.

  • Strong coordination and organizational skills; able to manage many parallel workstreams.

  • Good understanding of forestry and sustainability concepts (RIL basics, SFM/PHPL, HCV, FPIC, NDPE, etc.).

  • Experience managing suppliers, consultants, or multi -stakeholder programs.

  • Excellent communication, including working level English, and relationship -building skills.

  • Comfortable traveling to remote concessions as needed.


Preferred



  • Experience supporting PHPL/SVLK, FSC readiness, or RIL training programs.

  • Familiarity with GIS data and concession mapping.

  • Experience in donor -funded or technical assistance programs.

  • Understanding of ESG, social safeguards, and community engagement processes.
