Cost Monitoring:
- Oversee the day-to-day monitoring of costs across various freight
- Analyze cost data and trends to identify areas of concern or potential savings opportunities.
Budget Management:
- Assist in the development and monitoring of freight and project budgets.
- Work closely with department heads and project managers to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Variance Analysis:
- Conduct regular variance analysis to compare actual costs against budgeted amounts.
- Investigate and explain significant variances, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions as needed.
Cost Reduction Initiatives:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost reduction initiatives.
- Develop strategies to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce unnecessary expenses.
Planning:
- Provide input and analysis to support long-term strategic planning and decision-making.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on cost performance, trends, and forecasts.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economic, Finance, or Accounting
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in related field
