Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in General Affair.
- Strong knowledge of facility management, vendor handling, and asset control.
- Good leadership, communication and problem -solving skills.
- Proactive, detail -oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiar with GA budgeting, licensing processes, and safety regulation is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure smooth operations of general services, including office, building, vehicle, and asset management.
- Monitor and control facility maintenance, utilities, security, and cleanliness to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.
- Coordinate employee welfare facilities (canteen, transportation, events, etc.) in collaboration with HR.
- Lead cost control and budgeting for GA operations and ensure resource efficiency.
- Handle incident reports (with HSE), asset loss/damage, and coordinate necessary corrective actions.
- Supervise GA team performance and provide guidance for continuous improveme.
