About the Role: We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative individual to join our team as a Strategic Program Planning Staff. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future direction of our initiatives by supporting the development, execution, and monitoring of strategic program plans. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure our programs are meticulously planned, aligned with organizational objectives, and poised for maximum impact. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-level strategic decision-making and drive tangible results. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the research, analysis, and development of comprehensive strategic program plans, roadmaps, and timelines. Support the coordination of planning activities across various departments, gathering input from stakeholders to ensure alignment and comprehensive coverage. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and internal data analysis to provide actionable insights that inform program strategy. Prepare detailed documentation, reports, and presentations outlining strategic objectives, program scope, resource requirements, and performance metrics. Facilitate workshops and meetings related to strategic planning, ensuring productive discussions and clear outcomes. Contribute to the identification of potential risks and opportunities related to program execution, proposing mitigation strategies and innovative solutions. Monitor and track program progress against strategic milestones and KPIs, assisting in the preparation of regular performance reviews for leadership. Support the communication of strategic plans and updates to internal teams, ensuring clarity and understanding of program objectives.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

Qualifications Strong understanding of film, content trends, and audience behavior, with genuine interest in watching and analyzing various genres (not limited to a single category). Good knowledge of sports industry, especially football, including competition formats, audience segmentation, and broadcast potential. Prior experience in television or media industry is highly preferred, particularly within Programming, Production, or Content Strategy. Ability to conduct basic program performance analysis (rating/share, slot performance, competitor mapping, content positioning). Capable of translating data and market insights into strategic scheduling recommendations. Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work with deadlines in a fast-paced broadcasting environment. Strong coordination skills to collaborate with Production, Sales, and Creative teams.
