Hold a diploma degree (at minimum) in Engineering or Science. Minimum 20 years of working experience in offshore oil & gas production OR petrochemical facility. Have minimum of 10 years' experience of leading/supervising or at managerial level for oil & gas production OR petrochemical facility. Maximum age is 53 years old by end of December 2025. Have experience or can demonstrate participation in Job Safety Analysis or Work Permit Risk Assessment, or other equal method of risk assessment activities. Have been trained in emergency response and/or participate in plant emergency drill. Possess work experience as a Site Authority and hold a Safety Critical Role certificate. Comprehensive knowledge and thorough understanding of the BP Control of Work (CoW) procedure. Understanding the concept of a process safety plant and implementing mitigation measures to prevent process safety events from occurring. Extensive and relevant experience in internal or external operational roles, with a demonstrated track record of excellence in safety leadership and performance delivery. Have highly advanced technical knowledge and experience in the relevant systems and operations management, with demonstrated ability to develop and drive continuous improvement of processes. Have considerable people leadership and stakeholder management experience. Experience in recruiting, building and developing multidisciplinary teams.
