As a Store Coordinator, you will manage the day-to-day operations of our Pekalongan store. Responsibilities include supervising and leading a team of store staff, providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, overseeing inventory control, supporting visual merchandising, training staff, and maintaining effective communication with management.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

Min. 2 years of experience as a store leader/PIC store/Store Coordinator/Store Manager in a fashion retail industry is a must. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. A customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing a positive shopping experience. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. Willing to be placed in our Pekalongan store.
