Responsibilities: Machine installation and commissioning. Complete field machine inspections per global and customer procedures. Provide training for operation & maintenance to customers and technicians at branches. Perform technical evaluations and analyses equipment and machine component failures. Provide technical liaison services between customers, product divisions, and sales personnel. Assist the aftermarket sales team in conducting parts analysis and parts strategy. Performing assembly, maintenance, repairs, and audits at customer sites. Support warranty process and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) where applicable
