Content Creation & Management:

  • Plan, create, and edit engaging daily content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.
  • Develop a consistent posting schedule tailored to each platform's algorithm.
  • Collaborate with KOL to maintain her brand image and tone.

Cross-Platform Strategy:

  • Repurpose content effectively for multiple platforms while maintaining quality and relevance.
  • Ensure all content aligns with KOL's personal brand and messaging.

Analytics & Optimization:

  • Monitor engagement metrics to assess content performance.
  • Use insights to refine content strategies and improve audience reach.
  • Stay updated on platform trends and algorithm changes to maintain relevance.

Trend Research:

  • Identify viral trends, challenges, and content formats across all platforms.
  • Suggest and implement creative concepts to maximize reach and engagement.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with KOL to align on goals and strategies.
  • Provide weekly performance reports and actionable recommendations.
  • Create Insight Report for brand collaborations

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year as a social media specialist (agency experience is a plus).

Skills:

  • Strong communication and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proactive, creative, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in content strategy creation and implementation.
  • Understanding of the marketing funnel and its application.
  • Social media account management (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
  • Graphic design or video editing skills
  • Knowledge of SEO as it relates to social media.
