We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Social Media Strategist to lead our social media efforts across Instagram and TikTok. You will be responsible for supervising the social media team, developing editorial content plans, overseeing content execution, and providing performance insights. You will also collaborate with internal teams and mentor junior members to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
Job Description:
* Supervising social media teams
* Develop and lead monthly and weekly editorial plans across all social media platforms (IG & TikTok)Oversee the execution of content and campaigns across social media
* Monitor and analyze performance of owned social media assets; provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations on a weekly and monthly basis.
* Collaborate with cross -functional teams (Brand Marketing, Brand Development & Brand Activation) and provide guidance to junior social media team members
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
* 3 + years of experience in social media strategy and content planning.
* Proven team leadership experience, especially in the Indonesian market.
* Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok trends and tools.
* Data -driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into strategy.
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
* Experience guiding and mentoring junior team members.
