Position Summary:
Perform the activities related to performing process analysis, identifying improvement opportunities and support the implementation of key digital initiatives that have significant impact on the business metrics and performance. Bring forward digital technologies and present to the business team on how digital can deliver process improvement, transformation benefits. Identify and manage process risks and issues that impact digital technology implementation. Drive the ambition to ambition to position Ace Digital as the undisputed leader in digital agriculture space, and to enable delivery of highly personalized, real -time experiences that customers increasingly expect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use advanced analytics to extract insights and value from large -scale business data.
- Perform experimentation and build
data -driven models
to answer critical business questions. - Strong ability to
engage, present, and communicate with business stakeholders
at multiple levels to ensure analytical outputs align with operational needs. - Proven
data storytelling and visualization skills
using tools such as
Matplotlib, Plotly, Seaborn, Power BI, or Metabase
to convey insights clearly and persuasively. - Articulate a
data vision and roadmap
for exploiting data as a strategic asset. - Influence product teams through data -driven recommendations and evangelize best practices.
- Define technical strategies for
big data processing, analysis, and interpretation. - Apply machine learning and modeling to identify and present
actionable insights
for business decisions. - Develop
custom data models and algorithms
for production use. - Analyze current processes (AS -IS), identify gaps, and co -design future processes (TO -BE) with business owners using digital technologies.
- Manage and prioritize a
Business Process Improvement portfolio
, tracking KPIs and value realization. - Collaborate with cross -functional teams to implement models and monitor performance.
- Build monitoring tools to track
model accuracy and data quality.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Artificial Intelligence/ Data Science/ Machine Learning/ Software Engineering/ Computer Science/ MIS/ Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum
3 years’ experience
in data science or related field. - Strong analytical and problem -solving skills; ability to interpret model results for business audiences.
- Solid understanding of
statistical methods
(e.g., Bayesian Inference, regression, hierarchical models). - Proficient in
Python
(must -have);
R
and other languages are a plus. - Experience building and deploying
AI/ML models to production. - Skilled in data visualization (Matplotlib, Plotly, Seaborn, Qlik, Tableau, Powerbi.).
- Proficient in
SQL (PostgreSQL)
is a must and familiar with NoSQL databases - Exposure to
process manufacturing technologies
in pulp & paper, palm oil refining, or viscose fiber manufacturing is a bonus. - Experience in
maintenance, supply chain, manufacturing, or plantation domains
preferred.
