Job Descriptions:
- Assist manager in managing the end-to-end process for fundraising activities, from initial introduction to due diligence and deal closing.
- Maintain communication and relationships with investors, and handle corporate secretarial matters.
- Prepare monthly reports for the board of directors and shareholders, including management accounts and newsletters.
- Prepare presentation materials for quarterly shareholder meetings.
- Maintain and update pitch decks (investment memos) and financial models to support fundraising activities.
- Develop new presentation materials and financial databases as needed by the company.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks related to investor visits, business matchmaking events, and other related activities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or Economics.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a finance-related field.
Experience in creating fundraising pitch decks and financial models is required
- Strong understanding of basic finance and accounting concepts, along with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
