Job Responsibilities
- Manage existing and new ETL processes from multiple sources, producing clean datasets ready for analysis and visualization.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize sales performance dashboards to support different teams and business needs.
- Collaborate with cross -functional teams to identify business process improvement opportunities and automate manual workflows.
- Handle ad -hoc data requests and analyses from business stakeholders; deliver data -driven insights and actionable solutions.
- Monitor data availability and quality across systems; troubleshoot and resolve data -related issues.
- Implement best practices for data governance, management, and analytics processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of data structures and data management concepts/best practices.
- Expert in SQL; hands -on experience with RDBMS and ETL process management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI; familiar with Power Query and DAX.
- Python is a plus (especially Selenium for automation, and Pandas/Scikit -learn for machine learning).
- Microsoft Excel proficiency is a plus.
- Strong interest in business and sales, especially in the smartphone and smart home appliance industry.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and solid problem -solving ability.
