Business Development Manager
to lead our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying high -value partnership opportunities and engaging with key stakeholders to expand our market presence. We are looking for a critical thinker who doesn't just plan, but has a proven track record of executing complex business strategies within the digital agency landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Expansion:
Proactively identify and secure new partnership opportunities to drive revenue growth and market expansion. - Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long -term strategic relationships with new partners while maintaining and upselling to existing business accounts. - Strategic Execution:
Develop comprehensive business plans and ensure their successful implementation through critical analysis and project management. - Market Intelligence:
Stay ahead of industry trends to position the agency as a leader in digital solutions. - Collaboration:
Work closely with the creative and technical teams to ensure proposed strategies align with the agency’s delivery capabilities.
Qualifications
- Industry Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in
Business Development
or
Strategic Sales
, specifically within a
Digital Agency
or creative tech environment. - Project Management:
Proven background (5 + years) in managing digital projects, ensuring they meet both client expectations and business goals. - Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Communication Mastery:
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strategic Mindset:
Demonstrated ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and execute high -level development strategies. - Character:
Focused, goal -oriented, and able to thrive in a fast -paced, target -driven environment. - Location:
Must be based in or willing to work
on -site daily in Cipondoh, Tangerang.
