What We’re Looking For 1. Setting brand awareness strategies: Identify research needs, execute research studies and projects, and analyze research in order to identify opportunities Evaluating the brand image from the consumers 2. Establish and maintain brand budgets 3. Stay current on market trends and competitive activity 4. Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative 5. Media Placement: Evaluate the effectiveness of all media campaign Manage the media budget effectively by creating and maintaining project sheet. Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media 6. Sales enablement Ensure that all retailers are kept up to date with current and new products launches as well as relevant support sales material (master catalogue, etc). 7. Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns: Create Go-to-market strategy and launch plans that outline in detail how the product will be promoted and sold. 8. Contribute to the achievement of the brand's annual growth by providing efficient Marketing support to the VP of Marketing. 9. Manage a team consisting of Brand Specialist Lead, Social Media and KOL specialist, Creative designers. Requirement & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 8 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management Proven ability to work cross-functionally Experience managing a brand across multiple markets Creative thinker and problem solver Strong communication skills Project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends Previous experience in media for premium consumer brands, either marketing agency or client-side work. Passion for the luxury watch industry, have a strong interests in luxury brands Experience in negotiation and building relationships media partners Experience in planning and executing prestigious events with premium/luxury brands Exacting organization & communication
