Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive display advertising strategies that align with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of display campaigns across various platforms (Google Display Network, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, programmatic networks, etc.)
- Oversee end -to -end management of display campaigns, from creative development to media buying and performance analysis.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of campaign performance using analytic tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and conduct A/B testing and other testing methodologies to continuously improve ad performance and ROI.
- Identify optimization opportunities/growth, and analyze the impact and effort required
- Collaborate with cross -functional teams (Creative Lab, Sales & Marketing team, Product team) to align marketing strategies with business objectives
- Stay up -to -date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in display advertising
- Develop and maintain a testing roadmap to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
- Capable of leading and managing small to medium projects with minimal supervision, which can potentially create value for the whole team
- Generate regular reports for stakeholders, clearly communicating campaign performance and ROI.
Job Requirements
- Graduated from a reputable university. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Math, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 + years of experience in digital marketing with expertise in digital app business is a plus
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.)
- Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization techniques
- Proven track record of managing a team and optimizing display advertising campaigns
