Deskripsi Pekerjaan


  1. Assisting User in performing daily task both routines and special task.

  2. Provide personal administrative support to the User through conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities, including receiving and handling any informations from related Departments.

  3. Performing as Personal Assistant tasks, distributing information, mails, and e-mails.

  4. Updating & controlling daily taks, filling activities and other administative communications for the User.

  5. Prepare and setup meeting material and report in Minutes of Meeting (MoM).

  6. Support and confirm the User's schedule, appointment, meeting, and activities with related party


Persyaratan Pekerjaan


  1. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in secretarial area

  2. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Secretarial or equivalent.

  3. Proficient in Ms. Office

  4. Friendly and Detail Oriented

  5. Ready to join immediately

  6. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin is an advantage

  7. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

  8. Must have been fully vaccinated Covid-19

  9. Willing to be placed in Head Office Jakarta Selatan
