Job Description:
This is a full -time, on -site role for a Sales Trainer Specialist based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Sales Trainer Specialist will design, develop, and deliver sales training programs to enhance the capabilities and success of the sales team. Other responsibilities include conducting engaging presentations, coaching team members, evaluating training effectiveness, and providing constructive feedback to improve performance. The role requires close collaboration with sales management to identify training needs and support overall business goals.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field
- Strong skills in Sales Trainings, Training & Development, and creating tailored learning experiences for sales teams
- Prior experience in sales training, preferably within the architecture, design, or related industries, is a plus
- Excellent Presentation Skills and the ability to deliver engaging and impactful training sessions
- Outstanding Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Proven ability to assess training needs and implement strategies for team success
- Highly organized with strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required
