Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1 ), preferably related to HR/Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Recruitment, Training, Personnel, Payroll, Compensation & Benefit, and Industrial Relation.
- Good understanding of HR processes, labor regulations, and HR administration.
- Active English communication skills (spoken & written).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem -solving skills.
- Experience in the logistics industry is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, manage, and oversee end -to -end HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Personnel Administration, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and Industrial Relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOP in compliance with company standards and prevailing labor regulations.
- Lead recruitment strategies to fulfill manpower needs and ensure effective onboarding processes.
- Design and execute training programs to enhance employee competency, performance, and engagement.
- Manage payroll processes, employee benefits, and ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and communication with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain strong industrial relations with employees, labor unions (if any), and relevant government institutions.
- Ensure HR administration and employee data management are accurate, updated, and well -documented.
- Provide HR insights and reports to management for strategic decision -making.
- Act as an HR advisor to management and line managers on people -related matters.
- Lead and develop the HR team to ensure effective execution of HR programs.
