The Sales will be in charge of leading and growing BRIK’s Sales team for our Paint Business in several areas (Cikarang, Bogor - Cilengsi), and a commercially-driven mindset. He/She is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics, aligning business and technology development efforts to foster growth and customer satisfaction.
As a Sales, you will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Must have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable doing canvassing and reaching out to our potential customers to demonstrate our services and products.
- Manage the sales inquiries, leads, and customer growth to be generated in a timely manner to ensure targets are met
- Build good relationships with all parties including distributors, agents, and end customers to ensure a good branding image on the market
- Able to do market analysis and make long-term and short-term work plans
- Providing weekly and monthly comprehensive actual reports
