Create, implement, and evaluate sales strategy.
Manage sales activity to achieve sales targets.
In charge of the performance of the sales department.
Analyze market situation to understand product performance.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and find new clients.
Report regularly to principal abroad.
Do business trips abroad for new machine training.
Other tasks as assigned.
Requirement :
Hold min. Diploma's degree.
Business Level English proficiency.
Minimum 3 years of experience as Sales Assistant Manager in folding carton industry, experienced in handling offset machines preferably has experience as Sales Manager.
Willing to do business trips abroad for 1-2 weeks (a few times a year).
Good leadership and managerial skill, good networking and communication.
