Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Manage full-cycle recruitment (screening, interviews, up to offering stage). Create and publish job postings across multiple platforms. Conduct psychological assessments, scoring, and candidate analysis. Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements. Schedule and manage interview processes. Prepare employment contracts and onboarding administration. Maintain and update candidate database and HR documentation. Coordinate Medical Check-Up (MCU) processes for candidates. Input and manage employee data in HRIS systems. Support employer branding activities (job fairs, campus hiring, etc.)

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology Min 5 years experienced in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Possess relevant certifications, especially in : Psychological assessment tools and Job analysis (preferred) Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes Proficient in administering and interpreting psychological tests Highly detail-oriented, creative, and demonstrates strong memory skills Skilled in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (Talenta) Proficiency in using Canva (or similar design tools) is an advantage Basic English communication skills (verbal and written)
